Zinsser GRADE 1 is a high performance, self-priming finish for the interior decoration of walls and ceilings in traditional and historic buildings, including churches, castles and period properties.
When decorating historical and traditional buildings, it is super important to keep in mind the specific requirements of that building is met.
The unique formula of Zinsser GRADE1 paint is specially formulated to tackle all the problems that can be found in period properties, being a primer, sealer and finisher all in one.
Grade 1 requires no additional primer and provides coverage of up to 10m2 per Litre with a quick touch dry time of 30 minutes and a recoatable time of 2 hours. In addition it is recoatable in just two hours, and forms a vapour permeable film which allows the paint to breathe.
Application & Coverage
Apply to new or previously painted interior walls and ceilings. Shake or stir well before using and apply with a quality brush and / or roller or airless sprayer.
