A highly penetrative, water based stabiliser suitable for use on most exterior masonry surfaces & exterior grade building boards

Sandtex Trade Quick Dry Stabilising Solution is a water-based stabiliser for most exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards. It is ready to use and must not be thinned or mixed with decorating materials.

It is used to treat chalking, weathered and porous surfaces and is quick drying. It is used to allow for greater adhesion for masonry paints.

This water-borne Stabilising Solution is touch dry in 1 hour under normal conditions and recoatable after 4 hours. Coverage is usually 6-10m² but will depend on the texture of the surface and is easy to apply.
