A high quality solvent based primer and sealer which is ideal for use of alkaline/chalking surfaces. Designed to bind powdery surfaces it can be applied using brush or roller.
Johnstone’s Trade Alkali Resisting Primer should be used as a primer on unpainted surfaces or as a sealer on powdery substrates as it provides exceptional resistance to alkali attack. It can be used on both interior and exterior surfaces.
Surfaces the Alkali Resisting Primer is suitable for include new or bare plaster, concrete, cement, render as well as wood or metal surfaces.
