The aluminium body of the skimming knife and blade prolongs the lifespan of the blade whilst keeping it lightweight and easy to use.
The blades are made from stainless steal and are extremely easy to replace. Being abrasion and corrosion resistant they are built to withstand the toughest of conditions and maintain professional performance over time.
