Offering ultimate adhesion without the need for sanding, the Aqua Uniprimer is a great problem solving primer for a range of projects.
It is water-based and can be used on all major interior & exterior substrates, including wood, metal uPVC, and glossy pre-painted surfaces. It penetrates porous substrates, seals surfaces, blocks significant stains and inhibits rust.
