• ER4047  aluminium welding wires with 12% silicon
• Good liquidity, good forgeability, but lack of ductility
• It is required in conjunction with the shielded arc welding unit V.A.G 2001 for body repairs on aluminium vehicles (e.g. Audi A8).

ER4047 has a higher silicon content than ER 4043, which provides an increased fluidity, reduced shrinkage and reduced hot cracking. Non Heat treatable
